Unless he died in Liberation, I'll love to see Hakha become the main character, as they can make a more interesting story with him.

It'll even be cooler if the game follows flashbacks of his father (or mother, whichever was Helghast) that fleshes out the really cool backstory of the game. I really feel like it sucks that such a cool backstory that has so many parallels with WWII and allows you to sympathize with the Helghast wasn't told in the actual game.

I'll love to see the story start from his childhood, where his philosophy on war and race is shaped by his father and mother, and then the conflict that begins when he's forced to take Vekta's side, and earn the trust of the Helghast, and ultimately betray them. Although he isn't a racist like Rico, and believes that Earth and the Galactic government (lol, you can't really sound serious when you say "Galactic Government") are truly at fault, he ultimately decides to help one party over another. I hope to see the conflict within Hakha, and the question of "Why ISA? Why not Helghan?"

I'll love to see him, after he leaves Vekta to join the Helghasts, become horrified at the mess Helghan is and the suffering the people went through. To hear him speak to old Colonels and generals (IDK but I imagine them acting like drunk Russians, lol) speaking about the old civil wars and their bitterness against the ISA.

I'll love to see him witness and even order attrocities against the Vektans during the first war on Vekta (Killzone 1).

IDK what the story will be like in Killzone 3, but from there I hope that the game ultimately concludes that war is a Lose-Lose situation.
