FYI for people with old saved data - you can still get trophies. I loaded up my old save and I tested some out and god a few trophies. You can even download another MAX OUT AWESOME SAVE before patching and use that - it'll tell you that you can't get trophies but once you restart you'll start getting them normally.
Still, getting all these pirates is annoying.
