Make a better single player campaign. They've already perfected multiplayer. I wouldn't mind the addition of user-content either. Look at Halo Custom Edition; its Halo 1's multiplayer with over 700 maps and 300 guns.
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
