Go to Start button on the left corner and go to Run. Type in charmap and press enter.
Or if your lazy, press Reply button, right beside Quote or click on (Or click here for rich text reply). It'll bring up the advanced post window. You will see a button that looks like this Ω, press that and a window will pop up with some special characters. Not all of the special characters will be there compared to charmap though.
