No, it won't sell 10 million, maybe three quarters of that at best given the sales figures for comparable games like Half Life (9.3 million) and HL2 (6 million so far). It's not really even that good a game to be honest. Cinematic sure, but the single player campaign is far too short and the multiplayer's a bit dull compared to TF2, CS, L4D and the like.
As to why so many console zealots have seen fit to weigh in- what the fuck does it matter to you whether it sold 10 copies or 10 million? Are you really so insecure? Some very strange people on this site. You'd think how well some global mega-corps did financially mattered more to them than how much enjoyment they got from their gaming. Sad.
