I've played R&C 1-3 and Jak 1&2. To be honest, not all that much in common with them. They are, at their core, platformers (especially Jak & Daxter), but the settings, stories and gameplay implementation is very different. Production quality is high on all of them, though, with the Jak series taking a hit when it comes to music. What exactly are you looking for when you ask what the difference between the two is? Fans of each will likely push their favorite, but are you trying to find out which would appeal more to you? |
I was just curious because they both seemed similar and both were praised...
I heard about the weapons in R&C and so far that's making me lean toward that series. Do you get to go around making weapons?
