If you don't live under a rock by now you know that Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition brings Night Vision Goggles included. For 150 bucks you can get the game, a useless book of artwork you'll open just once, night vision goggles (NVG), metal head to display the NVG and a code to download the first Call of Dutty.

So let's separate it:

Book of Artwork: 0$

Metal Head: ~2$

Game: Let's be generous and say the the game itself would cost only 50$

First Call of Dutty: 3$

That leaves us with the remaining 95$ for the NVG and here is where it gets dark.

I've talked to a friend which is a big fan of Call of Dutty - and also hunts javelins at night - about this bundle, whether if we would buy it or not and the price, yada yada...

He said to me that his average level Night Vision Goggles he uses to hunt javelins costed  220$... and they're not that good.

So we discussed about how good would be Modern Warfare Goggles with a cost of ~95$, and he said that it only can be one thing:

- A cheap infrared camera with 2~3 meters radius assembled over some ordinary googles and voilá, Night Vision Goggles for fools.

So the final question is: Is the prestige bundle worth it???

150$ could be spent to buy two games instead of some, probably, half assed "fake" Night Vision Goggles.  Discuss!
