This isn't that bad, I always order a side of blood soaked tampons when ordering steak.. don't everyone else?
seriously though, could it be possible that the guy staged this to get a large settlement? Perhaps like the wendy's finger-in-chili incident.
What are the chances of someone stuffing a tampon into a steak, while still making it look normal, missing the tampon with the knife when you cut it as well as missing the tampon with the fork. Or maybe it was in the spinach... but he'd have to have a healthy spoonfull of a bite to end up putting the tampon in his mouth.
