If it is any conselation, it might be so that it wasn't human blood. Could be that the cow originally ate a tampon, or that either the butcher or cook used tampons to soak up the excess blood. It's highly implaussible I know but how else would you be able to get a tampon in a freaking steak without it sticking out?!
