Heh I would be disgusted at first...sure...then I'd be laughing all the way to the court. My former supervisor was food poisoned recently while eating at an Indian restaurant in CA. He almost died 13 times and had to go to rehab. He hired a lawyer based in Los Angeles and is suing them for a large sum of money.
I'd do the dam same.
