It's really sad that A.Wake is not coming to the PC, it looked like a great game and the type that would be easier and more fluid played using a mouse.
As for sales, it seems there are quite a few games that are better sold on the PC, for example

Bioshock was always going to do badly on the PC due to the DRM software EA installs on the computer - it was well known and there was comments about it all over amazons site at the time.
Saying that setting up a PC game is hard. is just Sad. *shakes head*
It is hard for us to find solid numbers for PC sales but it's incorrect to say that they are going down in the long term. It is clear however that Microsoft is doing this to give a boost to Xbox 360 sales as the game developers would love to do a PC version and it would just give them extra money if they did it.
People who Pirate PC games can easily chip and pirate Xbox360 games.
