trashleg for Moderator it has been a long time coming!!!

It has been a long time coming but its time we had our first female moderator. 2009 saw the first African American President being sworn into office let's hope 2009 is also the year that a woman is given the job of moderating the VGchartz forums. When I look at the roster of moderators I see a lot of familiar faces lol, but it dissapoints me that there is no women on the panel of moderators. There are currently 1,947 female users on the site yet they have no one representing them in staff meetings or on the panel. This is not right and it's time for change!

trashleg signed up for VGchartz on the 17th of November 2008 her presence was muted, but as time went on her impact on the community began to show. She is very much respected on the site and has always posted very reasonably, she even managed to heal the console war that was hurting the forums with her Loyalty Free Gaming Movement thread and who could forget her appearance on the Evening News. She has been a great addition to the site, and its time we had our first Female moderator.

Women on this site need to be given more recognition, of all the top jobs e.g. Moderator, Contributor etc. none are held by a female user. If we are to grow as a community than we need recognise the other sex. By hiring trashleg Vgchartz truly becomes a place of possibility. At this moment in time im not happy with the female community being ignored, and I would like to see some changes being implemented.

Being the voice of the community I give this my full backing.

You are a man of great talent, you have shown me that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I hope you can consider trashleg for mod or a respectable position on the site. We need to recognise our female user community, and having trashleg as a moderator would go a long way to healing the gap between man and female users.

To all the female users and my female fans lol, please voice your opinion! Yes we can have a female moderator!

A great man once said to me with great power comes great responsibility, I replied with a female moderator comes great power!
