This comment seems to be the equivalent of saying original projects are getting thrown out of the Wii's Virtual Console when everyone knows that's because WiiWare exists. If the Community Games section didn't exist I could see your point, but that is precisely why it was created, so indy developers had their own section of the Marketplace to compete in. Considering how much further the XNA devs have gone away from the traditional arcade nature of XBLA, it's actually very fitting. Microsoft wants to make sure the "Arcade" in the name means something, and all former arcade games are owned by major third party publishers.
