The Wii wil never get the kind of third party support that the PS2 had.

I agree with what most have siad, the Wii can't change the trend of lack of support for this gen, but it will still end up the winner and that means Wii2 will likely get the support that Nintendo hasn't had since the Snes days.

Futhermore, I don't believe that Microsoft (and especially not Sony!) are planning to release a new console anytime in the near future. I predict Wii2 will be out first and will have superior specs to the competition at a reasonable price point. This should be a winning combination for Nintendo.
