he will be covered in white ash (make up) the whole movie so won't make a deference and I agree with jaffe. Hounsou is probably the best choice
OT: about the ending. sure it seems strange at first but if you think about they took a different path that lead to the same destination, which is Kratos taking revenge from all the gods (which is the main story in God of War III).
