It is upgraded in everyway and the tracks are now heavily physics based, like rolling down a slope on top of a giant sphere desperatly trying to stay on top with your bike. It also comes with a map editor.. Look up the trailer for it.
Think of it as the XBLA equivilent of Little Big Planet. Except you are using Motorbikes 
Personally I think this game is worth way more than 1200msp. $15
