I'm guessing this was from Divisoria (which has the city's largest amount of pirated electronic stuff but it's not exactly "underground" since everyone knows this place =P)...
All I can say is that my friends finally have a console and not just a PSP. 360, Wii, and DS are too expensive there (a Wii cost like 600 US dollars the last time I saw it)
