The motherboard is definitely compatible with most of the stuff you mentioned:

Note that since you're using PCI Expression 1.0 x16, you should be ok w/ this graphic card but may not be viable for future ones which work faster with PCIe 2.0
The PSU is somewhat small, usually I would prefer 650+
The DVD burner is a IDE interface, those have mostly gone away in favor of SATA. Not sure if your MB supports that.
Why are you using a micro ATX MB for a normal size tower?
