No, I don't see a pattern. I see a $100 pricedrop week 1 sales boost. There is a reason your the only one acting like a monkey on crack. It's the first week, of course it will be high. It's actually disappointing that the pricedrop week only got it 2K higher than the Wii for such a large drop. You did the same thing when the PSP Slim launched, and it's already down to less than 1/3 of it's launch week. A large pricedrop like this is basically a re-launch. Everyone (except apparently you) realizes that the number it settles at is what's important, not the boost from the first few weeks.
Edit: Apparently mars doesn't understands what's going on about as well as you leo-j. Actually, mars understands what's going on even less. Metroid doesn't release in PAL territories until October 26th. Congratulations mars on surpassing leo-j.
