Against wire tapping but this report seems flawed.
It broke down too.
A)There aren't any cases mentioend where it's led to something....
B) in addition it was never put on reports in the cases where PSA helped stop stuff."
Well.... yeah.
The whole process should be scrapped.
Did anyone stop to think that maybe A was a byproduct of B?
