lol the fact that they put in the first 2 places engines that were used in just one game and didn't prove anything makes this list epic fail. how we can know Uncharted and Killzone 2 engines are any good if we didn't see them in anything else? those engines proves only that they were written for specific games and that doesn't make them great, not even close when developers of those games who also made those engines knew their limitations and how to work with them to hide it.
no Cry Engine? no Oblivion Engine? no Rage Engine?
obviously Unreal Engine 3 should be on the 1st place - it's the most flexible and powerful engine this gen - just look in how many diffrent games it was used.

UE3 is not in first place because many games using it suffer from pop in and frame rate issues.
