Mass Effect 2 on PS3 after exclusivity deal? bioware gives ps3 thumbs up

Bioware always owned the IP to Mass Effect, but Microsoft has publishing rights to ME1 on consoles. I don't see a port of ME or ME2 on the PS3 because they were build from the ground up for the 360 and to a much lesster extent the PC. Not only that but they use the URE3 which isn't the best platform for the PS3
