Didnt u read what i said? If Motion Controls were not implemented by Nintendo they wouldn't have existed today and prob. not ever. Only a company like Nintendo, not Sony or MS, would have taken the industry in this new direction, and with so much certainty.
VR is the same thing. MS and Sony are LESS LIKELY to really risk taking a punt on this.
