Is it just me, or is Halo 1 just more epic in scale than it's two sequels?

Halo CE would have favoured campers too much. The fov was over 100 degrees wide. In Halo 2 they went with a pretty narrow fov, maybe 65 degrees which meant you had to keep turning to see everything thus letting the movement give away your position and cut down on the effectiveness of camping.

Halo CE on the PC had Online Multiplayer... Camping wasn't the problem though... The problem was vechicular noobing... like Banshee whores and Ghost noobs (TONS of those)... It was stilll pretty fun though...

I loved crushing people with vehicles.
