It all looks pretty good. One thing you might want to do is check out the HD 4890 for $30 more.

Its the same brand as before but it runs faster for only a little more $$
Otherwise consider that Windows 7 and Direct X 11 cards are coming out in a few months. You may want to get your new PC now but wait until October for the latest cards when they come out.
