Impossible. Kirk is too manly a man to be gay.
He might be so manly that green women alone aren't enough to satisfy his manliness, though. I mean, is he supposed to keep it in his pants if there aren't any ladies about? I don't think so. Going to have to take Spock on an 'away mission' or get Scotty to 'beam him up.'
