with all the recent talk about Bioware and how they said they own the ip and not MS, I think it's Mass effect 1.
people who are saying dead rising are wrong.They will not release a 3 year old game so close to the launch of the next installment on PS3.That would be waste of their resources and takes the attention off the DR2.
L4D is also possibility ,,,especially with the mistake on their site(they even had a box art for PS3 version,,,that's no mistake,,,I think it was leaked sooner than it was supposed to)
My conclusion:
L4d or Mass effect.
