I make one typo and it read like abag of crap. 'If Microsoft can't provide a better service...'

My key point being that I'd expect a certain amount of quality from something I get for free. "You get what you pay for." MicroSofts service should be better, people are paying for it after all. If Sony's services was on par with MicroSofts then what they'd just be charging you for using something you can get for free.
