Easy! stick a small pin, pen or cotton bud through the air vents at the back of the console while it is turned off, when you turn it back on it will stop the cooling fans from spinning (do this for both fans as they have two, one left one right), when it overheats and shuts down turn it back on, repeat a few times and you will have RROD within an hour guaranteed.
