question 1- really there is no way we are alone.
question 2- i would probably have to say i think not, in less we can see something in the universe able to create a energy source to travel the long distances it would take. aliens would have to respect the same cosmic laws we do and right now no where is there anything coming even close to producing half of the power needed for interstellar travel.
question 3- i would be surprised if there wasn't a star system with 2 intelligent forms of life on separate planets that have a fundamental code of conduct.
