Talking about Sony Bravia...I picked up a 40" 1080p Sony Bravia (40W2000) yesterday. Got it for the brilliant price of about £500.

£500, that's a bargain price. just got a Bravia 32S310A, it cost me $560 US dollars

1080p with 2 HDMI, will place my wii and a new PS3 next to it soon 

 

Now using it as Computer' monitor, running 1360x768, looks pretty nice

But when i use it as TV, i think my Fujitsu SD plasma perform better

 

What size was it?  It looks like HD tv's may be getting cheap enough that even I can afford one.

But it really make no difference when i watch SD TV, i'll say wait for a cheaper price unless you have some HD equipments (HD TV signal, PS3...), later is always cheaper.
