Sega CD has no copywrite protection what so ever...so if you find ISO's online you can download and play.
May I suggest following Sega CD games in case you are looking for great ones:
Robo Aleste
Final Fight CD (much better than arcade due to amazing music and jsut perfect difficulty)
Eternal Champions CD
Silpheed
Snatcher
