Which game to buy for $20 game at gamestop?

I don't know about the other games, but I really wouldn't recommend Hawx. You could easily rent it and beat it in a day or two.

It could have used less escort objectives and more large scale dogfight battles (like at the start of the Rio and Washington DC levels).
