Last night I switched the settings to Local Only and the only people I could find were about level 20-35 so I just played them. I ended up winning about half/more than half of my matches so I really didn't see any reason to stop looking for that level range.
I think everybody you guys were playing in that room have been more or less absent for me in ranked, but everybody else I get at an about even rate. Casey was the only person I've played that chose Taokaka and if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have gotten that "Fight against all characters" trophy. So thanks! And I think you were the only Carl and Shadow was the only Bang but I did face 1 Litchi in ranked. 1 out of about 50 or so battles.
