Just like Killzone 2 had a patch that patched in co op a month after release like it was rumored!
Anyways I think this is che trolling as usual, I remember he asked people on Neogaf if cockpit view was really necessary, kinda giving the feeling that it wasn't gonna be included in Forza 3.
I fully expect night cycles, weather changes and rally to be in Forza 3. Che is a big time troll, one of the biggest from the development community.

Yeah he works for them and of course he knows, but that guy is such a troll. Like I said he kinda implied that cockpit view wasn't needed and too expensive and then of course we found out it's in F3. I don't doubt he does these things to see people's reactions and he probably gets his jollies off with that shit.
