If amazing means "horrible" then you are onto something. The Virtual Boy had one of the worst system releases ever. The Jaguar had more good games, and didn't hurt your eyes to play (anything that hurt your eyes to play was due to the game sucking, not the system). Yes, it did suck, but had a few gems in the mix.
The Jaguar is what happens when a company makes a complex system, and is underfunded worse than Sega was.
