From what I gather, MvC2 is a 360 exclusive just as Mass Effect 2 is a 360 exclusive. Until there is some mention of a PS3 version in any way, it is exclusive. Not mentioning the PS3 version or not flat out denying a PS3 version does not mean one exists.
