God of War 3 - First two were fantastic and epic. They had some ideas they couldn't realize on the PS2, looking forward seeing what the designers realize on the PS3.
Uncharted 2 - Totally loved the first game, it looks as great as it plays. Naughty Dog's second effort on the PS3, promising to push the Cell towards new levels with this follow-up.
The Last Guardian - The dev team sports a great reputation due to especially Shadow of the Collosus, what I have seen so far looks amazing and appealing to me. Something different, epic and atmospheric.

So much I am looking forward to on the PS3, but that's currently my top 3 of most anticipated games.
