No, but because it would make google OS very popular (with 23 million people using it on their consoles from the start). That would be the first step for Google to make their way to the PC market.
Windows is MS main cash cow. Anything that attacks it successfully is a huge blow for MS.
Now I don't know if it will ever be successful, but I like the idea someone is at least trying.
