Indeed, via the NXE, they can add dynamic content without having to patch the machine (or sometimes it downloads something quickly during the shutdown procedure).
With the PS3, they can only push tedious "download and instal"l updates... not very good...
Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.
