Its because studios like Insomniac are extra lazy because they only work on the PS3 and they are trying to divert attention away from that fact by calling developers who work on 2-3 platforms at once lazy. Its unfortunate, but pretty much every development company who works exclusively for the PS3 are filled with lazy bastards.
