7 million people bought GT3 in NA, while 2.76 million bought gt4 in Na. More people bought GT3 in NA than others that year which was crazy.

GT4 was very much set to do near GT3 numbers.

But not long before Na launch online mode was cut, that killed sales there.  Europe seemd not to care muich with online gaming being less important there.
