Uhh the PS3 is a value @$600. You cant just discount the value of a blu ray player. Cheapest blu ray player is prob close to $400 , so $200 for a game system > XBox! That is called value. Even if you wanted to totally discount the value of blu ray, the PS3 is already catching the XBox is price. (free online is more value added vs the XBox too)
