And the deal with Sky (UK) and Canal + (France) will improve Xbox Live even further. Something like 1vs100 is not on the PSN.
Joy Ride as a free game with your avatar is not on the PSN. Twitter, Facebook, Netlfix, Last FM are missing. Everybody has a headset on Xbox Live. You can chat with people even when they are in totally different games, you can make pictures and start a photo party on Xbox Live, you can have a video chat on Xbox Live, Xbox Live has a lot of more content than PSN (DLC, Arcade are HUGE). You can use your Windows Live Messenger on Xbox Live with changing status updates etc etc etc

There are lots of things that work perfectly well on Xbox Live.

EL: We're always looking at new partners and for things to do. Right now you can access Facebook from the browser on the PS3, so that's something the other guys couldn't do – so we were kind of ahead of the game there. Facebook and twiiter are not missing.
