Instead he should be thinking "does are product meat the value desires of the customers and if not how can we?" but never once has Sony ever thought about it like that. They have just assumed it's Sony PS it's wanted. You make a great comparison. Like a car, it is only used to get from Point A to Point B, and the same can be said about video games having the same function is that you buy a system just to play games and have fun on them.
