well, not even speculations because what happened was:
one guy posted the following in the delay announcement:
"I'm not bothered by the Sept. release, I'm all for it! I know you guys will make a very good PC version. Will the PC version have a lot more feature and players and if so will the price go up? If this happens I'm willing to pay $30 for it."
and the producer replied:
"Details will come, just not right now!"
