I had the same problem. I actually struggled to get that stunt by blasting 2 enemies off different roofs onto a 3rd roof to get 3 enemies together. After spending a lot of time I finally got it, but I still got screwed over on my grenade blowback stunt and ended up doing them all again on my 2nd playthrough.
*Hint: the grenade blowback one is very easy when you find a grenade launcher enemy. Before I realized that i was standing around or hiding behind cover waiting for an enemy to throw a grenade. I would melee attack them 3 times to weaken them down and then wait 2-3 minutes to throw a grenade only to have it miss or they threw it and it landed at their feet so they killed themselves. It was way too much hassle so don't attempt that stunt this way!
