Even if he's not, Goldeneye has not aged well. Those spoiled by years of Dual Analog control schemes will be unhappy with it and the game will get a bad rep. The reason it's not going to come out on XBLA is much simpler than that though: Rare doesn't own Goldeneye. Activision does. Activision has all rights to future and past installments in the 007 series including Goldeneye. If Microsoft wants it XBLA I'm sure it will cost them an arm and a leg. They can buy it if they want, but it's not going to be a fun game anymore. Not compared to other shooters on the market.
