Valkyria Chronicles is the more epic story, but chances are you'll get more play time from D3, but Valkyria has over 80 hours of gameplay WITHOUT the DLC so thats alot to.
I Also vote Valkyria, you'd be doing yourself a true favor here...
Best PS3 exclusive imo...
