It was certainly selling at mass-market price during 2003 and 2004. How did it manage to outsell 2003 by 1.2 million total units? price-cut of course. There's nothing special about selling more because of a price-cut, that's just expected. In the case of a strong contender and strong 30 million seller like the 360 in its 4th year (with a mass-market price since the beginning), doing less than 1 million YOY after a price-cut is laughable.
